DOMAIN LEVEL PROTECTION
Email security begins at ensuring your business domain is configured properly to validate who is sending out from it. At Consider IT we believe we’re doing our part to combat the inbound spam problem by making sure people are not able to impersonate our customer domains and systems.
This protection combines an effective combination of SPF, DKIM and DMARC. We do this as standard for all IT Support clients, or anyone that engages with us for email-related security services.

DEFENDER FOR OFFICE 365
Each mailbox in Exchange Online is entitled to Exchange Online Protection. For customers who have Microsoft 365 Business Premium, additional protections are unlocked as part of Defender for Officer 365 such as attachment and link scanning. We put a strong emphasis on the correct configuration for EOP and DfO to prevent unwanted email from reaching your mailbox.
REPORTING AND SIMULATION
Consider IT can extend its email management services to offer simulated phishing attacks which aim to educate and demonstrate how a dangerous email can present itself as innocuous, but an urgent request.
If a user falls for a simulated email, they are directed to online training material that helps them understand how to spot future examples and remain informed and more resistant to commonly exploited social techniques.
